Ocean Swimming can be found at Bennett’s Beach and Jimmy’s Beach, Hawks Nest. If swimming at Bennett’s Beach care should be taken to swim only in front of the Surf Club building. Safer swimming for children can be found at Jimmy’s Beach.

Myall lakes Ulysses Club
are 10 years old - have meetings once a month alternating between Hawks Nest and Karauh, usually ride every fortnight, weekend rides every 6 weeks.

Beach driving is strictly regulated on Bennett’s Beach and is prohibited on Jimmy’s Beach. Driving permits can be obtained from the Council Offices in Myall Street, Tea Gardens or at the Information Centre at week ends.
